            Cars are to be collected from and returned to our office. Our office is at Via Park II in Playa Flamenca, we are 100m along from La Zenia Boulevard shopping centre. We are open 10am-2pm on Mon-Fri and also 10am-1pm on Saturdays.  Cars can be retuned out of office hours as we have a key drop off box.

 

         We offer airport taxi transfer service it is 70 Euro each way to/from Alicante or Murcia Airports. (This is for standard car 4 passengers) Please note there will be a 10 Euro extra charge for un-sociable hours e.g. before 9am and after 9pm. 

 

To book car hire we need name of main driver, age and contact phone number, to book taxi transfer, we need Flight number and arrival time, number of passengers and luggage.

           

         Driver must be 26 or over and under 80 for our insurance. Driver must give 500 Euro security deposit (returnable) or if you prefer you can opt for our insurance wavier which is 55 Euros      for the first week and only 10 Euro for each additional week.  Giving you complete security (the choice is yours) cars are insured we have 24 hour roadside assistance, tyre cover and windscreen cover included.

 

          All our cars have air-conditioning. No extra charge for 2nd driver, no fuel charge. Booster seats are available - free of charge, but we do not have baby seats. Our cars are for local use,    small journeys up to 100km distance, which means multiple journeys to Alicante, Elche, Murcia and Cartagena are all fine. Long journeys are not possible because our breakdown recovery is only 100km from our office location. Be aware cars are only insured within Spain.

 

We prefer you Payment to be made in cash, but we can take card payments. Payment is upon collection of car. Our fuel policy is like for like, if you get car with 1/2 tank you return it with 1/2 tank, no less. Please return the car CLEAN.

 

Please bring with you when collecting your car, origional passport, origional drivers licence. A Spanish address where you will be staying and your home address. Plus if you have a Spanish NIE number, we will need that too. Thank you.
